I just want to helpMy poor fiancée and her family have being devastated by this terrible illness. Her mother Ann has being diagnosed and it’s hit the family hard. They have a lot of pain caused by this and financially struggling! With the house needing full a full reno to medical bills.
I’m taking on IMNDA’s A Long Shot Challenge….
….to raise funds for people facing the biggest challenge of their lives – Motor Neurone Disease (MND).
Put simply, A Long Shot is a golfing marathon, where on the day I will play three consecutive rounds of golf – that’s 54 holes! Each round should take me approximately 3.5/4hrs so I’ll be putting my stamina, strength and golfing skills to the test over the course of 12 hours.
For people living with MND - and the families who care for them - every day is a challenge. And this year, their challenge has been even tougher as a result of Covid – 19. That’s why I want to help.
Right now, there are more than 400 people affected by this cruel and debilitating disease all across Ireland. The Irish Motor Neurone Disease Association is the only organisation in this country supporting them so it’s crucial they continue to raise the funds needed to deliver their core services.
Please support my fundraising efforts and help me ensure that every person living with MND gets the critical care they need. It’s so important, especially in times like this.
Please sponsor me today and let’s make every hole count!
